Led security oversight for large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including Cloud First strategy implementation and Windows 10 migration. Delivered assurance across the Thameslink Programme, C700 trains and associated operational systems including ETRMS, ETMS and EVC.

 

Conducted comprehensive risk analysis of systems and networks, developed policies aligned to the NCSC NIS Cyber Assessment Framework, and oversaw IDS and SIEM procurement and implementation. Also delivered a major security awareness programme supporting over 7,000 users.
